Our vision
At BERHIN studios our vision is to work with nature, not against it.

Locally produced
BERHIN studios furniture is locally produced in the south of Sweden.

Being kind
Whether the furniture is coloured or natural, the surface treatment is water based, being kind to nature.

Our products are made to last. We use few but rigid parts with the intention that the furniture will always be there for you. In our coloured furniture we use through-tinted surface veneer for the furniture to age beautifully. Being kind to you.

We create a cycle
We aim to restore what we borrow. We see it as a loan. Nature provide us with beautiful material which we turn into furniture in simple, natural lines. In return we plant new trees to secure the regeneration. Together with nature we create a cycle and when you buy our furniture you become part of that cycle.

The BERHIN plantation
In the south of Sweden in the small community Tyringe, lies the BERHIN plantation. Starting with the series ‘C Eco’, we plant a tree for every piece of furniture produced. These trees grow for coming generations to enjoy good furniture.

Our vision, our aim, our goal, like Jean Jacques Rousseau said, ”Revenez à la Nature” - back to nature. At Berhin Studios we work with nature.
